Leeds law firm Emsleys has been shortlisted in two categories for the Law Society’s 2015 Excellence Awards.
One of the most prestigious events within the legal sector, the awards celebrate brilliance and outstanding achievement across a range of areas from pro bono to technology to learning and development; and this year Emsleys has been recognised in two categories.
The firm is shortlisted in the Client Service category and the Business Development category, for its personal injury initiative Review My Claim.
Emsleys prides itself on creating the best experience possible for its clients; keeping people at the heart of the business across every touch-point. The firm currently achieves 98.2 per cent client satisfaction.
It is this vision and desire to ensure the best for people that led to the development of Review My Claim; an initiative which aims to tackle poor legal advice and service, helping genuine victims receive the compensation they are entitled to.
Emsleys director Andrew Greenwood said: “It’s absolutely fantastic to be shortlisted in not one, but two categories this year. It really is a testament to the excellent team of people that work for Emsleys as without them we wouldn’t be able to provide the high levels of service that we do or develop the business in the way we have.”
This is the third year running that Emsleys has been recognised in the Law Society’s awards. In 2013 the firm was highly commended in the Business Development and Innovation category, and in 2014 they took home the award for Marketing and Communications.
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in London on Thursday 22 October.
