Gauntlet’s new appointments span roles in administration, commercial insurance sales, haulage insurance, accountancy and the management of Gauntlet’s Appointed Representative network. A total of 11 employees have joined Gauntlet since September 2014 and the growth led to Gauntlet moving into new premises at Gauntlet House, Killingbeck, Leeds, at the end of April 2015.
Gauntlet is also supporting apprentices working towards qualifications in insurance, as well as administration, and is liaising with local apprenticeship administrators, to ensure that its apprentices successfully construct and complete their learning programme.
The Appointed Representative support team alone has doubled in size in the last three months, which is testimony to the number of insurance professionals now wishing to establish their own insurance brokerage, with Gauntlet’s back-office, claims handling and marketing support.
Gauntlet is already considering future facilities requirements, as it gears up for continuous growth, fuelled by broking excellence, word-of-mouth recommendation, a second-to-none Appointed Representative proposition and the rolling out of a new brand identity, across all websites and marketing collateral, over the coming months.
