Skipton’s long established furniture and furnishings store, The Home Company, is celebrating the launch of its new look showrooms with an open day.
The event will take place in the lifestyle store’s High Corn Mill showrooms on Friday, October 16, between 2pm and 8pm. Free food and refreshments will be provided by the newly established RachAls Kitchen. There’s also a chance to win a Snuggler sofa in a fabric of choice.
The brand new showrooms are just one of the many changes to have taken place at the store recently. The running of the business has been taken over by local businessman, property entrepreneur and owner of High Corn Mill, Andrew Mear. And joining the long established sales team of Linda Lee and Michelle Swinscoe, are new appointments Amanda Fellows, Mark Smith and Richard Judge.
Andrew, whose family business Eagerlux owns a wide portfolio of properties across West Yorkshire, said: “The open event is our way of thanking our existing customers for their continued support and to welcome new customers into the store.
“The Home Company is a flourishing business thanks to the hard-work and determination of all the team and together we will continue to provide the very best service to all our customers.”
The Home Company has thrived thanks to a belief in bringing together contemporary furniture and accessories that are practical, attractive and great value for money. The spacious show rooms allow the ranges to be displayed in an inspirational way so customers can pick up ideas for their own homes.
