York-based company formation agency Turner Little is expanding its UK operations following a growth in its international client base.
Following 25 years of assisting clients with company formations in the UK and overseas, Turner Little will mark 2016 by opening a second office in London.
The Yorkshire firm has developed close working relationships with overseas agents in the United States, Hong Kong and Russia to name a few and with potential clients from Eastern Europe, Asia and the Far East becoming increasingly interested in UK company structures, Turner Little saw value in moving to the capital.
Company director James Turner said: “We believe the move will enable Turner Little to provide a more hands on approach to our dealings with our international clients. Despite the growth of northern UK businesses in the last couple of years, London is still seen as one of the world’s biggest business capitals. Expanding our operations south illustrates the growth that we have experienced.”
Furthermore, the interest that Turner Little has received in UAE companies and banking arrangements along with Cyprus based entities has expanded exponentially. As a result, the firm intends to set up incorporation agents in both jurisdictions to provide a local experience and to facilitate better arrangements for potential clients.
