Baltzersen’s health kick for customers

Customers of Harrogate’s Scandinavian café Baltzersen’s are set to benefit from a new chilled carbonated water dispenser installed at the café as part of its success in Harrogate Borough Councils’ Shining Lights competition recently.

The competition celebrates and supports new businesses. Winning the Ops Lighthouse award saw Baltzersen’s owner Paul Rawlinson presented with a cash prize to help him to take his business to the next stage of development, coupled with expert e-marketing business support from sponsor Kula Hub.

The water cooler installation is part of a general refurbishment programme carried out at the café while it was closed recently.

Paul said: “Water is one of the most ordered drinks in the café, it’s good for us and it always tastes better chilled so we installed this new filtered and carbonated water dispenser so that customers can help themselves to as much as they like.”
