Hallmark Cards chooses Redfern for travel needs

Hallmark Cards has appointed travel management company Redfern to manage its travel requirements.

Bradford-based Hallmark UK, which supplies greetings cards to a range of high street chains as well as through its own retail outlets, wanted to increase travel efficiency within the PLC.

Redfern’s award-winning online tool tRIPS fitted the bill perfectly and Hallmark can now book travel, consolidate invoicing, track employee travel and access management information with the click of a mouse.

Hallmark was also impressed with Redfern’s customer service and 24/7 access to a team of travel specialists.

Redfern’s tRIPS tool gives users access to air, rail, hotel and ground transport providers in one easy-to-use online portal. Redfern provides travel management for a string of top brands, including Holland & Barrett and Bon Marche, and also supplies the UK and Scottish governments.
