The health and wellbeing provider Benenden, has once again made it onto the prestigious 100 ‘Best Not-for-Profit Organisations’ to work for list. Benenden was ranked at number 40 in this year’s Sunday Times list – moving up from 64th in 2015.
The survey ranks companies based on key performance indicators in areas such as leadership, staff engagement and the overall happiness of employees within the organisation. All scorings used to compile the lists are based on employee opinions.
Marc Bell, chief executive at Benenden, said, “This is great news for us, our community and our members and we are very proud to make it onto the list for a second year – especially since it’s as a result of the views of our own employees.
“Ensuring we have a happy and engaged team is something which is crucial to us here at Benenden and it’s fantastic to have been recognised for such a prestigious award. We are looking forward to building on this success in future years.”
Benenden also retained their ‘one star’ accreditation status which means ‘very good levels of engagement’ across all Benenden staff.
