Hat-trick of new business wins for AKA PR

Skipton-based AKA PR has won a trio of new business contracts to add to its existing portfolio: The Shire Bed Company, James’ Places and Cormar Carpets. 

AKA PR will handle public and media relations for The Shire Bed Company, a family-run bed business in Dewsbury and raise awareness in its sector. 

The long-established agency will also look after the PR requirements for three of James’ Places hospitality businesses: Falcon Manor at Settle, The Royal Hotel at Kirkby Lonsdale and The Shireburn Arms at Hurst Green near Clitheroe. 

Cormar Carpets, already a client for 13 years also selected AKA PR to additionally handle its social media accounts.

“Thanks to the growing economy, we’ve seen a resurgence of interest in PR across various business sectors.”

AKA PR has been based in High Corn Mill, Skipton for more than 20 years, specialising in home furnishings and interiors. It has as a country-wide client base – several of whom have been with the company for over ten years. AKA handles PR for clients on both national and local levels.
