A Yorkshire-based primary curriculum provider has credited its print supplier with significant financial savings.
Since forming a partnership with Barnsley firm Spin Print over competitors, Cornerstones Education has saved approximately 20 per cent in printing costs.
Cornerstones Education is the fastest growing primary curriculum provider in the UK, creating educational products for over 1400 schools across the country.
Michael Phillips, senior finance officer at Cornerstones Education said: “The bulk of our print expenditure with Spin Print is on maths test papers to help primary schools to analyse gaps in children’s ability to improve their progress.
“This is a high quality product, which we provide to schools at an affordable price, so having the right print partner is crucial.
“Spin Print gave us advice on different ways to present our maths tests which informed the final design. They reduced the cost of producing these papers by approximately 20 per cent, and this is typical on any product we work together on.”
He added: “Our maths tests are now being used and loved by schools up and down the country and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Spin Print.”
Dan Brook of Spin Print said: “Our work with Cornerstones Education is illustrative of our aim to work in true partnership with customers, using our experience and expertise to get the best possible results for them.”
