Pioneering employee development programme for housing association

Barnsley not-for-profit organisation, , has teamed up with South Yorkshire Housing Association to develop a major new initiative as part of ’s award winning LeadWell Development programme.

Beginning this summer, the yearlong programme, called SYsHAre, will aim to develop cross-business collaboration, encourage wellbeing and improve engagement with a series of interactive events.  

The programme will see activities spread throughout the year starting with a warm up event for managers.

This will be followed by a session where managers, working in growth teams, design activities for their fellow employees to cascade at further events.

Activities will include a range of mini challenges designed to open communication channels amongst employees with the goal of having fun and working together as a team.

Team Activ will also work with SYHA to develop an online toolkit which will further support employee wellbeing alongside the programme.
