A rising demand for the nationwide services of West Yorkshire business has seen it increasing its head office head count by more than 25 per cent.
The majority of new recruits to driving school Drive Dynamics, based between Leeds and Bradford in Drighlington, are working in its sales and customer services departments.
The firm, which was started by Beverley Midgley and Alistair McDonald ten years ago, operates a team of more than 330 driving instructors across the United Kingdom. It also owns an extensive fleet of learner vehicles, which are updated on a rolling basis.
Drive Dynamics chief executive Beverley Midgley said: “Since our launch in 2006, Drive Dynamics has grown from employing a single driving instructor and owning one car, to where we are now – one of the country’s largest privately-owned driving schools.
“This year has been one of our busiest on record, necessitating the need to further boost our head office team.
“In the last month we have created almost a dozen new positions to help us cope with the rising demand of leaner drivers seeking to use our services.”
Beverley added: “In addition to growing our existing sales team, we are also expanding our customer service team, both of whom are located in Drighlington. Furthermore, we are in the middle of a major recruitment drive for driving instructors, particularly in Scotland and Wales.”
