A team of house builders, who build and manage developments across the region, has enjoyed another year of sales success and growth after constructing hundreds of new homes in Yorkshire.
Miller Homes Yorkshire draws 2016 to a close with a strong performance and a number of its long standing sites coming to an end. The next exciting chapter of new developments in new communities will begin early in the new year.
“Our performance in 2016 has remained strong and we look forward to the new year with vigour and enthusiasm,” said Steve McElroy sales director Miller Homes Yorkshire.
“We have a great team which enables us to deliver quality new homes, exceptional levels of customer service and make a real difference to people’s house buying experiences and expectations.”
The team, currently has nine developments in the region five of which have been opened during 2016. 2017 has four developments confirmed for opening in the first half of the year with a handful of others expected to follow in the latter months.
The Yorkshire team forms part of the Miller Homes Group which covers the whole of the UK. The region is supported by the national team which is based in Edinburgh. Part of the Miller Group, the national team ensure cohesive branding, marketing and strategy giving strength and recognition whilst allowing the regions to remain largely independent in its day-to-day activities.
2016 has proved successful for Miller Homes across the UK and as a national strategy continues to drive forward each region in a cohesive manner, a path for the ongoing success of the business is clearly mapped.
The house builder also enjoys five star status from the National House Building Council and in its last customer satisfaction survey over 95 per cent said they would recommend Miller Homes to their friend.
“We will continue to work hard to enjoy similar success in 2017 and maintain the confidence that buyers have in the Miller Homes brand and our properties,” said Steve.
“It’s important to us that we build homes where they are needed most in both rural, town and city locations, and that we offer a mix of house styles and sizes to support the needs of a variety of buyers.

In Yorkshire and during 2016, the housebuilder has delivered over 375 new homes ranging from two-bedroom properties to luxury five bedroom executive homes.
The housebuilder also provided a range of purchasing initiatives to give buyers more choice and flexibility, including the Government scheme, Help to Buy, as well as independent Miller Homes schemes such as Home Exchange, Deposit Match and Recommend a Friend.
