Emma Cousins-Smith has joined the Ilkley Office of LCF Residential – the conveyancing arm of leading Yorkshire law firm LCF Law.
Emma joins from a Leeds based law firm that specialises in residential property and has 17 years’ experience in helping people move home.
Head of LCF Residential, Julie Davis said: “Emma’s appointment means we now have 25 residential property lawyers and support staff across our four Yorkshire offices who provide a full range of conveyancing services to people buying, selling and re-mortgaging property.
