Following on from the huge success of the 2016 Conference, the Mid Yorkshire Chamber is delighted to be hosting their 2017 Kirklees Business Conference (KBC) at John Smith’s Stadium, Huddersfield on Wednesday March 15.
The free, one-day conference has become a main event in the local business calendar. Set to be bigger than ever, KBC is dedicated to helping businesses to connect, learn and grow.
Attracting over 500 business people and 50 exhibitors, KBC includes a fantastic programme of engaging seminars, a discussion panel focusing on major developments within Kirklees and open networking throughout the day.
Following feedback from the 2016 event, a number of new elements are being introduced to the conference for 2017. The conference will now include further seating areas where delegates can take a break as well as plan meetings with exhibitors or other business contacts.
There will be four key seminars running during the day to enable enough free time for delegates to network, but also new for 2017 will be surgery sessions. Available to businesses and located in the stadium boxes, the surgeries will provide the opportunity for companies to run their own seminars, workshops or one to ones.
Sam Melton, events & Ssonsorship co-ordinator at the Chamber said: “Kirklees Business Conference is shaping up to be a day not to be missed. The conference is a fantastic opportunity to raise your profile, make new contacts and learn from other experienced professionals. There are many opportunities for local businesses to get involved through sponsorship, exhibiting or attending as a delegate.”
Confirmed conference partners and supporters include; Design Mechanics, Social Progress, John Smith’s Stadium, Kirklees Business Hub and KC Communications.
Exhibition stands are now available and an early bird rate of £195 + VAT for members and £295 + VAT for non-members is available to those who book by Tuesday January 17.
Significant interest is anticipated therefore early booking via www.kirkleesbusinessconference.co.uk is advised to avoid disappointment. For attendees that register prior to Friday 24th February, they will have the chance to win exclusive Golden Ticket prizes in their arrival bag.
