Yorkshire technology firm, Azzure IT, has taken its commitment to delivering top quality customer service to the next level.
As part of its plan to become the most customer-focused IT firm in its field, Azzure IT has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification; the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organisations use the standard to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Azzure IT has obtained the certification by adhering to a stringent set of criteria. This involved the appointment of a quality manager, a series of processes and procedures which enables the business to manage risk and continue improvement, the creation of a measurement system with trend analysis for managing and reducing customer issues, as well as the development of a customer satisfaction communication programme to promote the importance of putting the customer first.

The commendation comes after a period of success and growth for the firm, in which it was named the 29th fastest growing technology company in the UK, in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, the only company in Yorkshire to place in the listing. Azzure IT was also awarded membership to the prestigious Microsoft President’s Club in late 2016 for the second year in a row.
Azzure IT quality manager Debbie Barton said: “It enables the team to continuously evaluate where our challenges are and make improvements.
