Yorkshire developer secures worldwide in key deal

Wilton Developments, known for its leading developments on Park Row, South Parade, Bond Court and the Leeds Enterprise Zone, is celebrating a significant deal to worldwide car hire comparison company, in a significant city centre project over the Pennines. has taken all of the office space within 42-44 Fountain Street, in Manchester City Centre, following Wilton’s recent multimillion remodel of the 26,000 sq ft seven-storey building. occupy 22,100 sq ft, at £23 per sq ft, leaving only the ground floor café/restaurant available in this highly prominent corner location in the heart of the City’s Business District.

Wilton Developments assembled a Yorkshire based team to deliver the remodelled building, including RPP, KPP Architects, JPG and MRB engineers which have successfully redeveloped the ground floor for restaurant and coffee shop use and created a new glass fronted two-storey height atrium as a reception to the six floors of high quality ‘best in class’ office suites.

Leeds based Pudney Shuttleworth is marketing the ground floor restaurant / coffee shop opportunities.
