Enjoy Digital has bolstered its team with the addition of four new staff members in its client services department.
Mike Longfellow joins the business’ management team and brings more than 12 years’ digital marketing experience to his role as the new client services director, having previously worked on strategies and cross-channel campaigns for a number of high profile clients, as well as for various global technology companies.
Ginny Deacon Elliott joins the team from Search Laboratory as an account director, and Hannah Hobbs, previously from Epiphany Search, will be taking up the role of senior account manager. Account executive, Jemma Utley also joins the team and will be providing support for a range of B2B and B2C clients in the delivery of everything from web build and design to paid search campaigns.
Mike will be leading Enjoy Digital’s growing client services team, challenging the team to think differently while ensuring that the client is at the heart of all of the agency’s activity. Whereas account director, Ginny will be working closely with the wider business to ensure that clients are receiving exactly what they need to take their brands to the next level online. Hannah will also be managing the digital marketing activities for a wide range of clients.
Mike said: “In an age where customers are more empowered than ever before, organisations need to show their customers that they care at every touch point. To do that you need a fully integrated approach to marketing that allows you to build demand overtime. Enjoy Digital is well placed to deliver against this and I am thoroughly excited about the opportunity ahead.”
Ginny said: “It’s incredibly refreshing to find an agency that has such a firm grip on exactly what works throughout the end-to-end digital roadmap and I feel extremely privileged and excited to become part of the ED team!”
Jonathan Filewood, managing director at Enjoy Digital, said: “Following a number of recent client wins we felt it was the perfect time to re-energise our client services team and get Mike, Ginny, Hannah and Jemma on board to strengthen our efforts going forwards.
“It’s a really exciting time for the agency and bringing on these senior hires will only add more value to our clients, service offering and overall proposition. Each of them brings a wealth of experience in delivering digital strategy and campaigns, and I’m certain that each of them will be able to positively shape and contribute to their client relationships, both new and old.”
Enjoy Digital operates internationally from its Leeds base with a team of more than 45 working with a range of leading brands including Marsh, Manheim and Costcutter.
