Search specialist Epiphany, a Jaywing agency, has expanded its senior team with two high profile hires.
Kerry Fyans is joining as director of strategic growth and partnerships and Gareth Rees as director of planning.
Based in Leeds, the pair will focus on Epiphany’s use of audience data and planning, working closely with the newly formed Jaywing Intelligence, a new product suite that uses Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality technology across a wide range of marketing applications.
After a decade working in the UK, latterly as associate director at Carat, Kerry spent five years in Australia, operating in leading roles in the Dentsu Aegis Network, before joining Epiphany.
She will lead on developing and implementing new areas of digital expertise. This will include supporting the development of Epiphany’s media and data proposition, working closely with Jaywing’s market leading data science and technology teams.
With senior strategy and planning management experience at the BBC and MediaCom, Gareth joins from Amplifi Manchester where he held the role of digital planning director.
Gareth will be responsible for creating truly multi-channel strategies, embracing the agency’s client, audience and market approach and harnessing the wealth of channel expertise already established.
