Final warehouse sold at Escrick Business Park

S Harrison Developments has announced that its warehouse units at Escrick Business Park are now fully occupied, following a sale to TSL Electrical & Data Services.

York-based TSL Electrical & Data Services has acquired a 1,760 sq ft unit to meet increasing demand for its services. The company, founded by Simon Bell in 2006, serves both the commercial and domestic markets.

S Harrison was advised by York-based Langleys Solicitors.

Escrick Business Park, located off the A19 between York and Selby, still has office units available to rent or buy. More than 150 people work at the park.

Phil Hill, of S Harrison Developments, said: “We have seen strong demand for our warehouse units and are now focussed on finding occupiers for the remaining office units, which offer quality, self-contained space for owner-managed businesses or those looking to invest in property.”

Emma Warner, a commercial property partner at Langleys, said: “Escrick Business Park is an excellent location for a growing business with good transport links and high-speed broadband. We have assisted S Harrison with a number of sales and leases as the park has transformed into a vibrant business community.”

Office occupiers at Escrick Business Park include Riccall Care, Sportsafe UK, F Parkinson and Kleijnen Systematic Reviews.
