New street food vendors land at Trinity Kitchen

Brand new street food vendors, Baked in Brick, , Steak Out, Sela Bar, The Persian Kitchen and have arrived at Trinity ready to serve up some tasty treats.

Shoppers have the chance to experience irresistible steak, mouth-watering grilled cheese sandwiches and much more with ’s latest street food vendors, who will be taking residency for eight weeks.

First up is Baked in Brick – try their tender 24-hour-marinated chicken tikka, paired with a naan-style flatbread. Their dishes are cooked in a wood-fire oven on the back of an eye-catching 1964 Mini Cooper. The Mini even has a grill under the bonnet!

Chowdown Streatery will also be joining the line-up, offering American-style street food made with locally-sourced produce. Make sure you try out their popular chilli dog and The Chowdown Burger.

Persian Kitchen are arriving in Trinity Kitchen for their first residency. Get those taste buds tingling with their delicious Middle Eastern cuisine.

Meat lovers will be pleased to hear Steak Out is coming back to Trinity Kitchen. Marinated with unique flavours and served sizzling steakhouse style on toasted brioche rolls, options range from The Texan with BBQ sauce and smoked bacon to The Eiffel with garlic mayonnaise and crispy onions.

Local favourite Sela Bar will also be serving up their famous grilled cheese sandwiches with a range of toppings that will satisfy even the fussiest cheese fans.

After a huge success with shoppers in , Thai Khrim, whose fresh, hand-crafted Thai ice cream served with lashings of toppings has proved such a hit that they are staying at Trinity Kitchen for a third change-over.

Dan Wharton, marketing manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome new vendors Baked in Brick, Chowdown Streatery, and Persian Kitchen who will be serving up unique food in our equally unique venue.

“It’s also great to welcome back Steak Out, Thai Khrim and Sela Bar, who have all proved to be a big hit with hungry shoppers.”

With a concept that is completely unique to Trinity Leeds, Trinity Kitchen rotates several new food retailers every few weeks, offering visitors a vibrant mix of restaurants, bars and street food vans.

The new arrivals will be at Trinity Kitchen until October 15, trading alongside permanent outlets Chicago Rib Shack, Chip + Fish, Duck ’n Roll, Pho, PizzaLuxe, Rola Wala, Tortilla and Oh You Pretty Things.
