Drainage contractor invests in groundworks division

Jet Aire Services, has invested in a groundworks and landscaping division

Leeds-based drainage contractor, Jet Aire Services, has developed its service capability with a significant investment in a groundworks and landscaping division.

The company has recruited four site operatives and acquired specialist plant based at its Aberford HQ to provide surfacing, block paving and fencing services.

The additional expertise will complement Jet Aire’s wide-ranging expertise in traditional excavation and professional drainage solutions.

Jet Aire Services managing director Charlie Kirk said: “The synergy between our drainage and groundworks divisions will significantly streamline the procurement process for prospective clients, open up new revenue opportunities for our sales team and provide an even more efficient service for all of our clients.

“It will be especially valuable in the residential sector – for many years we have provided drainage services for various housebuilders and, with our new groundworks capabilities, these clients can now turn to Jet Aire for both highways and sewer adoption work too, often within the same service contract. The company now has site operatives and office teams totalling over 100 staff.”

With a Middlesbrough office in addition to its Aberford base, Jet Aire has been servicing the UK for over 30 years with a range of professional solutions to commercial, industrial and domestic clients.

The company is accredited and approved by many of the environmental and drainage service industry’s leading bodies and holds both ISO9001 and ISO14001, internationally recognised standards for quality management.

Jet Aire’s services include CCTV surveys, high-pressure water jetting, drain/sewer cleansing and clearance, tankering and waste disposal, installation and repair.

Its remediation capability includes CIPP patching/lining, UV lining, infiltration sealing, robotic cutting, root cutting and epoxy spray Ultracoating.
