New team member arrives to help Wakefield house buyers

A new member of the team has taken over the reins at a flagship new homes development in Wakefield, City Fields from Miller Homes.

Sarah Hirst, from Wakefield has joined the team to guide buyers at the development through their house buying journey making it an entirely positive experience.

“Sarah is already proving to be a real asset to our sales team and her knowledge of the house building industry, financial processes and build requirements means she can answer our buyer’s questions with confidence,” said Sarah Whinfrey regional sales manager Miller Homes Yorkshire.

“With a variety of homes and purchase initiatives on offer at City Fields Sarah will be able to help buyers from all walks of life whether they are looking to purchase their first home or move up the property ladder.”

As the housebuilder plans to grow the number of properties it builds in the region to over 600 by the year 2020 an increased number of staff at the Yorkshire office will be necessary to facilitate this growth.

“Miller Homes has a fantastic reputation for quality homes and its customers service and I was keen to transfer my skills in the industry to them,” said Sarah. “I shall look forward to being a key part of the process for prospective buyers at City Fields and to working with the team to deliver the growth plans for the business.”

All properties are subject to enhanced interior specifications which includes spotlights fitted to kitchen, bathroom and ensuite, integrated appliances to the kitchen and turf to the gardens giving buyers a host of added extras at no extra cost.

There is a range of three and four bedroom properties currently available at City Fields with prices currently starting from £220,000.

City Fields, will see the construction of almost 200 homes as part of a wider regeneration scheme.  The development is located on Aberford Road, Wakefield, WF1 4AL, close to schools and local facilities, and is just minutes’ walk to the centre of town.
