The former headquarters of fleet management business Global Autocare at Cross Green, Leeds, has been acquired by On-site Property Solutions.
The 70,000 sq ft site has been named Crossland Park.
On-site is an associated company of In-site Property Solutions, based at Bramham. The company purchased a similar site nearby on Cross Green Approach in 2015.
On-site targets secondary industrial property with potential to add significant value and create high yields.
On-site Property Solutions managing director Alex Boyle said: “The former Global Autocare headquarters is an exciting site for us.
We are changing the configuration and plan to take away a section that has low eaves, while at the same time creating much better circulation and access. We plan to let the property as one unit or split it into several units.”
Holder and Co. and Cushman and Wakefield have been appointed as marketing agents for Crossland Park. Tim Cross, head of commercial property at Langleys Solicitors, York acted for On-site Property Solutions.
Tim said: “There are still some good opportunities in the market for purchasers like On-site who see the potential beyond the existing footprint.”
