Knight Frank’s Leeds-based industrial agency team has successfully secured the letting of Unit F Trident Park in Normanton, to the Kelling Group on a long-term lease.
Knight Frank was instructed as sole agent to market the brand-new 52,500 sq ft ‘grade A’ distribution unit on the Trident Park development in Normanton on behalf of client Travis Perkins Properties.
The property was built in 2016 and benefits from an excellent specification including 13 metre eaves height, generous secure yard, four loading doors and two storey offices.
