Huddle units businesses for 2018

Following a series of successful events held throughout 2017, The Yorkshire Mafia (YM) will once again encourage the local business community to come together when its Huddersfield Huddle networking event returns to The Head of Steam, St George’s Square on Monday, January 8, from 6pm– 11pm.

Supporting its members in making 2018 the most successful year yet, the group will return to the town with the intention of bringing together more professionals than ever before.

With the drinks evening attracting a growing number of delegates, those interested in advancing their social and professional relationships in a relaxed and sales-free environment are encouraged to come along and meet, learn and share with other likeminded individuals.

Kate Hutchinson, general manager of the Yorkshire Mafia, said: “As business leaders, the new year can be both an exciting and daunting time; it’s also the time that we tend to re-evaluate our personal and professional goals for the next twelve months.

“By bringing together a host of diverse organisations, we aim to put in place a support system of advice, contacts, suppliers and friends who can offer everything from a laugh and a drink, through to professional relationships that help make those goals a reality.”

Through placing emphasis on building relationships rather than selling, the group have built a membership of over 22,000 individuals who are all passionate about working together to boost the economic prospects of the Yorkshire region.

As organisers of some of the region’s largest business events, including Buy Yorkshire, Leeds Business Week and a year-round schedule of drinks evenings, the group have a number of sponsorship opportunities available. For further details please contact Kate Hutchinson:
