Escrick Park Estate, between York and Selby, is now fully occupied.
Three flourishing North Yorkshire companies have recently relocated to the historic estate, which brings the total number of jobs created there to 130.
Escrick Park has been owned and managed by the Forbes Adam family for the past 350 years.
Seven redundant farmsteads on the park, east of the A19, have undergone a comprehensive £1.4 million refurbishment, providing a significant boost to the local economy. These farm building conversions won the coveted Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Award.
The new occupiers on the estate are Once Upon A Dress, The Bloody Stuff and C-Kore.
