Cushman & Wakefield acquires two sites for Euro Car Parts

The new site in Normanton will open on Good Hope Close

Acting on behalf of Euro Car Parts (ECP), Cushman & Wakefield has successfully completed the acquisition of two trade counter units in Scarborough and Normanton in Wakefield.

The property in Scarborough is located on Seamer Road and will open between existing trade counter occupiers, Howdens and Toolstation. The new site in Normanton will open on Good Hope Close, located off Pontefract Road, circa 0.5 miles south of Junction 31 of the M62 motorway.

Henry King of the Logistics & Industrial team at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “We are delighted to have been able to secure both these sites for ECP, allowing them to expand their presence and better service their ever-growing customer base. These new locations are the first of an ambitious 2018 expansion plan and signify a purposeful and positive start to the year.”
