He said: “I specialise in helping organisations to optimise their business potential, providing an independent view in the boardroom. I’m looking forward to helping the IoD to inspire, connect and support individuals on their business journey.”

Natalie Sykes, regional director of the IoD in Yorkshire and the North East, said: “Steve is an experienced, well-connected business leader and a brilliant addition to our regional team as we grow our membership base and support directors with first-class events and learning.”
