Multimillion pound deal agreed for major Harrogate site

A Yorkshire law firm has announced the completion of the sale of a multi-million-pound site in , with development poised for a major new healthcare facility.

Shulmans LLP, acting on behalf Albert Hymas Limited, assisted on the process of a successful completion of the sale of the property. Difficulties were encountered associated with planning and tight timescales. The sale concerned a significant development site off , in a deal worth in excess of £3m.

The former brown field site is over an acre in size and has been sold to for future development. The sale marks the end of an era for Harrogate-based Albert Hymas Limited, a fourth-generation family business that has owned the site since 1904.
