Chadwick Lawrence solicitors have recently announced a new partnership with Yorkshire Payments to improve the speed and performance of their payment operations for clients.

Following a year of significant financial growth, the solicitors firm looked to implement a new strategy to reduce the business time exhausted operating their previous payment system.

Chadwick Lawrence recognised the requirement to grow their business further and improve the client experience seeking to engage with a financial services provider that understood their needs and offered a secure, bespoke solution for the firm.

After engaging with the payment services provider, Chadwick Lawrence have now implemented their centralised online virtual payment system “YorkshirePay” within the business.

This system allows users to access important documents and update reports quickly and easily, saving the financial department at Chadwick Lawrence time and resource which can be put to better use in other areas of the business.

Yorkshire Payments is a unique payment operations company which focuses on serving only the County of Yorkshire; one of the only independent providers of payment technology in Yorkshire. The business provides a bespoke service to businesses of all sizes, ensuring that the operations are exactly right for the business.

Daniel Krigers, partner at Chadwick Lawrence, said: “Using YorkshirePay has allowed our financial department to oversee all payment transactions, access reports, compare data and use their time more efficiently and effectively.

“Our finance department had inherited an inefficient and outdated payment system but, since implementing YorkshirePay, the speed at which we can handle customer payments and financial information has improved significantly and we are able to settle matters at a much faster rate.

“The improved performance not only benefits our staff members, by making their job run a lot more smoothly, but it also improves the customer experience and the payment process for our clients. We can spend more time on working on their legal matters and delivering the service that they approached us for.

“On a general commercial basis, we are delighted to have joined forces with another fellow partner of Huddersfield Town Football Club. Being part of the ‘Huddersfield Hundred’ allows us to forge much closer links with the local business community and we look forward to growing the relationship going forwards.”
