PPH Commercial selected to manage £3m business park in Hull

PPH Commercial has been selected to fully manage a new £3m business park in Hull.

The Ideal Business Park in National Avenue has enjoyed significant investment from its owners, the Lightowler facilities management group, during the last 12 months.

Since buying the land from Ideal Standard, Lightowler’s seven-figure investment has totally transformed the site and it now benefits from a number of green features – including low-energy LED lighting, optional photovoltaic solar panels and electric vehicle charge points.

Extending to just over one acre and featuring 27,500 square feet, the electronically gated and CCTV-controlled site is unique because it offers high-quality office space combined with fully-fitted kitchens, warehousing, workshop and storage facilities.

Having previously acted as the lettings agent for the 11-unit site and quickly achieved more than 60 per cent occupancy, PPH Commercial has now been instructed to oversee every aspect of the modern Hybrid development.

Ligthtowler, a family-owned Hull firm which has been established in the Yorkshire region for more than 150 years, are looking forward to future development opportunities at their new Ideal Business Park home.

In the past 12 months, they have been joined at the base by a host of other businesses, including Reach Resourcing Group, online pharmacy Atropa and sports and fitness firm The Pit Athletics. The site will be able to comfortably accommodate 100 people when fully occupied in the near future.
