Sheffield based creative agency Front has created a brand new website for Ring – a leading supplier of automotive products.
The new site is the latest development in the company’s recent rebrand and follows a pan-European advertising campaign that was launched earlier this year; both of which were devised by Front.
The timing of the website has been coordinated to tie into Automechanika Frankfurt – the most important trade fair for the automotive aftermarket. Automechanika Frankfurt is taking place between September 11 and 15 and last year attracted 133,000 trade visitors from 170 countries.
The site’s design was led by Front designer Kate Stockdale whilst development and build was managed in-house by Louise French, marketing communications manager at Ring, and their development partner Vital.
Kate Stockdale said: “This was an interesting brief as we had to carefully consider both the user experience and how to present the new brand’s four different categories and thousands of products whilst being mobile and desktop friendly in a design that was integrated with the current back-end systems. It’s the final piece in Ring’s new rebrand jigsaw and we’re delighted with the end result.”
