Joe Browns celebrates year anniversary at Meadowhall

This month, innovative fashion brand is celebrating the one-year anniversary of its first ever brick-and-mortar store at Sheffield’s Meadowhall.

The opening of the brand’s 4,000 sq ft store was a major milestone for the retailer after selling solely online for over 20 years. The outlet offered customers the opportunity to immerse themselves in Joe Browns’ colourful world, bringing to life its online persona and creative vision.

Since its launch, the store has surpassed expectations recording £2m in sales and over 42,000 orders. The retailer has proven to appeal particularly to Meadowhall’s male audience with menswear representing 23 per cent of store sales compared to 14 per cent online sales.

, Centre Director at Meadowhall, said: “Joe Browns has proven to be a big hit with Meadowhall customers and we couldn’t be more delighted that it chose our centre as the location for its first ever brick-and-mortar store.
