Chadwick Lawrence Halifax relocates to Dean Clough

Chadwick Lawrence has now relocated to Halifax’s Dean Clough.

With offices also in Leeds, Wakefield and Huddersfield the firm is listed in the The Lawyer Top 200 Law Firms in the country, with over 200 staff.

Partner Steven Bonfield said; “The new office forms the next phase of our journey in Calderdale. The office forms the tip of the iceberg for both commercial and personal clients within Calderdale to access first class legal advice and facilities on their doorstep in virtually all fields of law. We have established and prominent commercial, employment, litigation, matrimonial and conveyancing departments with years of experience.”

The move to Dean Clough follows several years of growth for the firm, and particularly a record breaking financial year within the last 18 months. The firm is about to invest significantly in a state of the art IT system, and the move to Dean Clough is a further step in the firm’s long-term strategy to improve efficiency and the client experience.

As well as having a strong business presence within the Calderdale region, Chadwick Lawrence have provided pro bono support to many local organisations including the Community Foundation for Calderdale, Square Chapel Centre for the Arts, Action Halifax, Halifax Minster, Voluntary Action Calderdale, the Brighouse and Rastrick Brass Band, Northern Broadsides, and Halifax RLFC.

Dean Clough is a nationally renowned centre for business and the arts, located on a landmark site that was once the world’s largest carpet factory. Over the last three decades, Dean Clough has been renovated to the highest standard and the complex now accommodates over 150 businesses. The site offers secure on-site parking and accessibility to each mill.
