New deal wrapped up for expanding MPS at Woodland Park

Woodland Park in Cleckheaton

The Leeds office of global property consultancy Knight Frank has brokered a significant office deal at Woodland Park in Cleckheaton, near Leeds.

Knight Frank advised landlords ISG on the letting of a 5,056 sq ft quality office building to Multi-Packaging Solutions (MPS).

Expanding MPS are moving from a smaller office studio in Bradford to Park House at Woodland Park and have agreed a lease for 5 years.

Sophia Nesro, ISG’s commercial property manager, said: “MPS is a fantastic addition to Woodland Park and ISG are very pleased to play a part in the company’s continued growth by welcoming them to the estate.”

Sam Jamieson of Knight Frank said: “Woodland Park is a development of three adjacent two-storey office buildings in an attractive, beautifully-kept landscaped setting with ample parking. Following the letting to MPS, the 5,056 sq ft Park House is now full.

“However, there is still 2,528 sq ft of newly refurbished office space available on the first floor of Beech House, which is opposite Park House. We expect a good deal of interest in this office, given its high-quality specification, its setting and its location close to the M62,” said Mr Jamieson.

Jerry Corcoran, studio account director of MPS, who moved into their new premises this week, said: “This is a very important move for us, underling the strength of the business and our need to expand. We now have 20 staff and had completely outgrown our smaller studio space in Bradford.

“I would like to thank our new landlords ISG for creating the perfect offices for us, with superb facilities. They have been fantastic. We were keen to retain our talented staff, so we didn’t want to move too far away from our previous premises in Bradford.

“The location of Park House, close to the M62 and with ample parking, is ideal for us. Overall, we couldn’t be happier.”

MPS design bespoke packaging for high-profile confectionary clients such as Nestle and Mars.

CBRE advised MPS.
