Yorkshire’s largest independent vehicle-hire firm has extended its mobile servicing fleet to enable technicians to reach more customers at their convenience.
Arrow Self Drive has added a brand-new Volkswagen Crafter to its fleet, which features a tyre machine, wheel balancer, compressor, a comprehensive tool box and oils to allow for the firm to complete road side servicing and minor repairs with ease for its business customers.
The company, which has eight depots across Yorkshire, offers its mobile service to provide customers with a more efficient service, saving companies from wasted time spent at garages for small repairs and decreasing the amount of driver downtime.
Managing director of Arrow Self Drive James Hill said: “We’re proud to be able to offer our customers mobile servicing, saving them from wasted hours, driver downtime and disrupted workflow. With our new unit we can improve our current mobile service and respond to the needs of our customers wherever they are, so that they can continue with the least amount of interruption to their business.
“We’re continuously investing in our fleet to ensure that we stay ahead of the game and are able to provide customers with the highest quality service”.
Established in 1988, family-run business, Arrow Self Drive delivers safe, sustainable and affordable vehicles to hundreds of customers across the region. Celebrating 30 years in business, today the company boasts a fleet of 2,000 rental vehicles and employs a team of 80 local individuals.
As the largest family run independent vehicle hire company in Yorkshire, Arrow aims to provide a level of customer care that is unmatched by its larger competitors.
In 2016 the firm attained the ISO:9001 2015 revised International Standard, making it one of the first companies in the country to demonstrate its professional standards.
The extension to the mobile servicing fleet will see the company continue to uphold its reputation as a company working tirelessly to provide customers with the best service possible.
