The “future of fitness” comes to Leeds

A unique workout which Meghan Markle has called “the best thing for your body” is now available in .

Love Lagree, which has just opened in the city, is the only studio outside London offering the distinctive classes. The training was created by Los Angeles-based fitness expert .

It uses the patented M3 Megaformer which delivers strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, balance, flexibility and core development in every move.

The Duchess of Sussex was quoted by global style bible Harper’s Bazaar. The Harper’s website wrote how Her Royal Highness was introduced to the Megaformer by a friend who operates a studio in the U.S. The article explains how the Duchess credits the training, “as having changed her body”.

The studio is owned and operated by and . Both are highly experienced personal trainers and fitness coaches, with over 25 years in the health and fitness industry. They have worked with a range of clients, in the U.K. and overseas.

Love Lagree Leeds is based in Gateway West development, close to the city-centre. The studio offers eight classes a day, six days a week. All training is in a small group setting.
