National College for High Speed Rail holds open day

The National College for in Doncaster is hosting an this January, to give future students the chance to learn about courses that are designed to prepare them for a career in rail.

The event is the perfect opportunity to get on track for a career and to find out more about the full-time courses and Access to courses Visitors will also be able to tour the state-of-the-art facilities, experience the specialist learning equipment such as VR/AR, CAD/CAM, and even hop on board a former Eurostar power car, as well as having the opportunity to speak to curriculum staff and attend a Q&A session with current students.

Employers from the industry such as HS2, Bombardier and Colas Rail who work closely with the college, will also be on hand so attendees can gain a real insight into the industry, and find out about the career opportunities that are available.
