Yorkshire-based insurance company, The Insurance Emporium, has received glowing business and customer service ratings from Defaqto, Feefo, Trustpilot and Moneyfacts.
The company was also crowned “Best Insurer” at the Yorkshire Financial Awards 2019. A sparkly staff party a its Yorkshire headquarters celebrated winning this award as well as its following successes on the ratings front:
Independent industry experts Defaqto awarded The Insurance Emporium their highest 5-star rating for selected Pet and Equine Insurance products.
Independent customer service review platform Feefo gave the company their Trusted Service Award for 2019.
Customer-satisfaction platform Trustpilot gave the company a score of nine out of ten for customer service, based directly upon customer feedback and high satisfaction levels.
Independent finance industry commentator Moneyfacts gave them their highest Five Star rating for selected pet insurance products.
Starry celebrations featured a champagne-decorated cake personalised with congratulations to the team. Offices were decked out with a host of champagne-themed and golden star-shaped helium balloons; a personalised thank you card was sent to every staff member from the chief executive officer and chief operations officer; and staff were able to choose their favourite flavour doughnut from a stack of cakes.
