A £4.6m collection of new homes, brought to life on a flagship site in North Leeds, is being formally launched next month.
Leeds-based Loxley Homes has transformed the site of a former detached home near Alwoodley Gates by creating six modern apartments.
Potential buyers can get a sneak peek into the development, known as Eden House, when the new show home is unveiled for the first time on Sunday June 2.
Launched to market through the Roundhay office of estate agents Linley & Simpson, prices start from £595,000 for the apartments, all of which have three bedrooms.
The three-storey apartment development also features a penthouse with two roof terraces.
David Reeves, new homes sales manager at Linley & Simpson, said: “Eden House benefits from more than 30 years of niche housebuilding expertise across Yorkshire – a track record that its developers are now bringing to North Leeds.
“Located at the heart of North Leeds’ most in-demand location, Eden House is designed to offer the very best in well-planned, convenient, luxury living – creating a home to enjoy and be proud of.
“The hub of each home, the kitchen, comes with Remo Porcelain units, integrated Bosch appliances and quartz worktops.
“Bathrooms and ensuites boast Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware with Porcelenosa tiles. Bathrooms and kitchens all benefit too from underfloor heating.”
A single townhouse built as part of the new development has already been sold.
