Payment technology specialist, Yorkshire Payments, has appointed Melissa Simons as head of operations as the company looks to double turnover to £4m by the end of 2020.
Simons has joined the business following her role as business director for client operations and health a safety at JYL London, whose parent company is Menzies Distribution.
She will oversee the operational management of all departments at the pay-tech firm’s Brighouse head office, implementing and streamlining operational processes for the company’s technical, applications and customer relations teams.
Simons will also support with health and safety compliance at the company’s 6,000 square foot head office in Brighouse.
