BrightCloud Group appoint new business development manager

Leeds-based Cisco Contact Centre specialists, BrightCloud Group, has expanded its team with the appointment of a new business development manager.

Bringing along a wealth of knowledge in his field, Ian Chandler joins the team to work on projects centred around Cisco Contact Centre Solutions, helping partners solve their clients’ Customer Experience issues.

BrightCloud Group was established in 2011 with the aim of designing, delivering and supporting specialist Cisco Contact Centre platforms complete with a diverse range of WFM, IVR, to AI and speech recognition integrations to provide a complete solution through the whole contact centre lifecycle. Their multi-disciplined technical experts collaborate with partners and clients to ensure that together they deliver the best state-of-the-art customer experience and engagement solutions possible.

Ian’s appointment means the company can continue on this mission, offering only the highest level of services to clients and partners both old and new.

Prior to this appointment, Ian spent over 25 years as a dedicated business development manager, working with Cisco Gold partners, focusing specifically on contact centre, unified communications and collaboration.

Passionate about working for a company that understands the issues faced by contact centres in the 21st century, Ian decided to join BrightCloud Group because of their fantastic culture and the level of service that is provided to clients and partners.

The existing team of highly experienced and enthusiastic individuals understand this and I’m excited to be joining them with shared values.”
