The Project Management (PM) and Lease Consultancy teams at CBRE in Leeds have completed a 42,000 sq ft warehouse deal at 5-8 Whitehall Industrial Estate on Ashfield Way in Leeds.
This was on behalf of shower tray manufacturer, Just Trays, effectively doubling its manufacturing operation in Leeds.
The team at CBRE acted on behalf of Leeds-based Just Trays to negotiate the terms of the new lease, the renewal on the existing premises at 2-4 Whitehall Industrial Estate, as well as prepare a schedule of condition prior to the company taking the new tenancy.
Just Trays, one of the largest shower tray manufacturers in the UK with more than 120 employees, was sold to Kartell UK in a deal this year. The company has taken circa 42,000 sq ft of industrial shed space at a detached industrial building situated on Ashfield Way on a ten year lease term.
The investment by Kartell UK will enhance the company’s global offering and help drive UK and international expansion of the brand.
The 1.48 acre site is situated on the popular Whitehall Road Industrial Estate which is strategically located just a few miles from Leeds City Centre and lies within half a mile of the Leeds Outer Ring Road (A6110) which can be accessed off Ashfield Way. J1 of the M621 Motorway is also nearby.
