Leeds-based digital agency, Tall, has made the strategic business decision to introduce a new senior management team after securing £400k worth of work in the run-up to Christmas.
The move, to support the delivery of work and continued agency growth plans has seen the appointment of Lucy Evans as head of client services and promotion of Daniel Maw to head of operations. The pair will join the existing head of design, Andy Beckwith making the ‘heads of’ trio within the business.
Lucy has over 12 years’ experience across a mix of senior in-house and agency roles, working across a diverse range of sectors from fashion retail, travel and tourism, including clients such as Great Lengths, NSPCC and Parkdean Resorts.
Bringing a wealth of strategic marketing and client development experience, Lucy has been appointed to take full responsibility for the leadership and development of the client services team and will play a key role in meeting the company’s growth goals.
Alongside Lucy, Tall’s senior project manager, Daniel Maw, has been promoted to head of operations whereby he will now oversee the day-to-day management of digital accounts, business operations and internal/external resources.
Tall technical director Behrooz Saeed said: “In the last 18 months we’ve almost doubled in headcount and the revenue growth has allowed us to invest in the areas we feel are necessary to help us meet our ambitious growth plans.
