Guiseley-based Companion Stairlifts thanks customers for “Platinum” award

Customer service at Leeds-based Companion Stairlifts has earned the highest accolade in this year’s Trusted Service Awards which are run by Feefo, the global reviews and customer insights company.

The awards are independent seals of excellence that reward the delivery of exceptional service, as rated by real customers.

This year Feefo has given Companion the Platinum Trusted Service award, presented for the first time to businesses who have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years. The Gold award recognises those who have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year, and have achieved a service rating of at least 4.5/5.

Currently Companion has a service rating of 4.6 based on 53 reviews in the past year, and a total of 429 reviews collected over the past three years.

Companion partners with a growing nationwide network of mobility retailers to provide home adaptations including stairlifts, homelifts and accessible bathrooms. Its Accredited Partner scheme, launched in 2016, provides excellent commission, incentives and marketing support for retailers. Many are happy to work with the Companion team as they’re confident they provide a comparable customer experience to their own.

Companion is also rated ‘Excellent’ on customer review site Trustpilot, where one million new reviews are posted every month.  Companion’s TrustScore of 4.6/5 takes several things into account, such as the number of reviews, the age of the reviews, and the star rating of each review.
