connective3 starts the new year with ten hires

Leeds based digital performance marketing agency connective3 has announced ten new hires for the new year taking the team to 40 headcount total.

The agency, which launched in October 2019, is led by CEO Tim Grice, provides a unique digital marketing service for a number of leading brands including thortful, Comparethemarket.com and Strata Homes.

Due to a number of significant client wins and a heavy focus on expanding the remit of existing accounts, the agency have seen revenues increase by 400 per cent across 2020, as a result of which a number of key hires have been made.

James Fernando and Andrew Moody formerly of Click Consult and Parallax respectively join as client directors to further build on c3’s connected proposition and strategically guide accounts.

The content marketing team welcomes five new hires, from executive to strategist level to help service this rapidly growing area of the business, and the paid media team takes on Charlotte Smith as a senior paid executive to support on connected accounts.

Finally Dawn Little and Richard Wilson join as marketing executive and content creator respectively to enhance our marketing and creative offerings.

CEO Tim Grice said: “2020 was a great year for connective3 that has seen us grow in-line with our ambitious targets. We’ve been fortunate enough to attract amazing new talent to help us continue our growth and deliver on our connected proposition.

We’re excited about 2021 and have further plans to expand in the coming months.”

connective3 launched in October 2019, and was created by Tim Grice, Vin Chinnaraja and Patrick Altoft, the founders of Branded3. The agency is based in Leeds and employs 40 staff.
