South Yorkshire-based contact centre offers support to former Utility Alliance staff

South Yorkshire based contact centre CC33 has offered its support to former staff members of energy consultancy Utility Alliance following the news of it going into administration.

The Hartlepool-based company employed over 300 people and had offices in the Carbrook area of Sheffield as well as Newcastle.

CC33 are currently going through a period of massive growth despite the Covid-19 pandemic and hope to be able to give employment to those who have lost their job. There will be a wide range of roles on offer throughout the business with home-working options available.

Earlier this year CC33 announced they were creating 400 new jobs to work across their Sheffield and Rotherham offices to accommodate growth due to a number of new client wins.

Paul Fletcher, CC33 managing director said: “This is a difficult time for our industry colleagues at Utility Alliance, especially to happen during a pandemic which is causing unprecedented pressure on people and businesses everywhere.

“I am glad that we at CC33 are fortunate enough to be able to offer roles to these people at a time when they need it most.

“We urge those who wish to apply to do so and want those affected to know that we will fast-track their applications during this challenging situation and will do out very best to accommodate you within our business.”
