Knight Frank and Avison Young have been instructed to market a substantial 109,275 sq ft warehouse

The Leeds offices of leading property consultancies Knight Frank and Avison Young have been instructed to market a substantial 109,275 sq ft warehouse, located off Junction 40 of the M1 in Wakefield.

The property, which forms part of the larger Park 40 development on Flanshaw Way, is currently occupied by Card Factory on a short-term lease, which expires in the summer.

Iain McPhail, partner and head of the Knight Frank’s industrial team in Leeds, commented: “Due to the lack of existing warehouse stock on the market in West Yorkshire, specifically above 100,000 sq ft, there is currently a strong demand for this type of property”
