UK-top 200 Yorkshire law firm Keebles LLP has advised Specialised Supported Housing Limited on a number of site acquisitions, developments and sales across the UK.
Led by Keebles’ Partner Paul Russell, the firm’s commercial property team has acted as legal advisors to Specialised Supported Housing Limited on the acquisition of properties across Dorset, Worcestershire, Bournemouth and North Somerset over the past four years.
The properties have been developed to the highest standards and fitted out utilising assistive technologies as individual apartments to suit people living with complex care requirements.
The Keebles team was involved in the purchase, pre-letting, development and ultimate sale of the properties to investor owners.
Paul Russell said: “We were thrilled to advise Specialised Supported Housing Limited on each of these projects. A lot of work is involved from acquiring the property to the project being completed so it is great to now see the finished product.
“It is a privilege to be involved in projects which will benefit people who really need the support this housing will give them.”
