UK market research fieldwork specialist Face Facts Research has appointed two new postholders to join their growing research team in addition to awarding several exciting promotions to existing staff.
It is an exciting time to join Face Facts Research, with the agency moving at pace on an upwards trajectory.
Bringing a wealth of experience in managing qualitative (Qual) and quantitative (Quant) fieldwork projects the new appointments are part of the agency’s ambitious growth plans.
Julie Boreham and Amanda Baines have join the Face Facts team having both worked in Fieldwork market research for many years.
The new starters are no strangers to Face Facts Joint Owners – Julie Gaughan (Jules) and Rachel Hoy (Rach) as they were both originally trained by Jules and worked alongside Rach in her previous role as Quantitative Director at another firm many years ago.
Jules headed up the Field Team that Julie and Amanda worked in for over 20 years, training them both in all aspects of qualitative and quantitative fieldwork services. Fast forward to present day, when two opportunities arose to expand the Field Team at Face Facts Research – it was perfect timing for both Julie and Amanda to join Face Facts to a start a new challenge with the ‘old’ field team back together!

As the agency based in Headingley, Leeds goes from strength to strength the Joint Owners have awarded four well deserved internal promotions in recognition of existing team member’s hard work.
Johanna Jones has been promoted to Director in recognition of her invaluable support to Rach and Jules in growing the business. Johanna brings vast sector knowledge and experience to the agency and client projects.
Chelsea Corrigan was made Head of Data for her unwavering commitment to the business and drive in expanding and developing the fantastic research data offering.
Matthew Smith is now Senior Account Executive in recognition of his exceptional client management skills and his excellent communication style.
Matty Richardson secured a promotion to Data Executive for his dedication to research data, speed of learning and for being a safe pair of hands for his manager Chelsea to rely on.
The new additions and recent promotions will enable Face Facts Research to bolster expertise to deliver growing numbers of research projects for clients and agencies – including big name consumer and retail brands.
